Looks great, very sturdy shelf. Only downside, the wires for the lights could be longer to allow to reach when hung higher on the wall. Overall, I would recommend this shelf. I have had it over a month now & so glad I bought it.

Straightforward and easy to put together! The build didn’t take long at all, and I appreciated that all the parts were included—plus some extras, which definitely came in handy after my dog knocked a few across the floor. I was able to hang it by myself, but having a second person would make the process even smoother.The LED lights are a really fun touch—I love that you can change the colors and brightness with the remote to match your mood or setup. The shelving itself feels sturdy and well-made, and there’s plenty of space for displaying decor or storing items. The added hooks and towel bar are a nice bonus for extra functionality. Overall, it’s a great mix of style and practicality, and it looks awesome once it’s up!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Feels unstable. The gap in the middle of the shelves is distracting. The only support when it’s hanging is the two bars on top which causes the shelf to stick away from the wall. The usb cord for the lights is short so it’s going to be hard to plug in.

This floating shelf has a bit of an industrial look to it. Like if someone made it out of leftover pipes! The design is very simplistic, but I like it. When you have it fully assembled, you get two covered shelves and one top shelf. You can easily install LED lights for the covered shelves, which are included in the set. In fact, the LEDs included are multi-colour, and a remote control lets you change the colour, brightness, and even pattern mode. Keep in mind the LEDs are USB-powered.I have my float in the basement, but I think the kitchen would be another great spot for it. There are 4 hooks that you can hand from the bottom rail. I use mine near the laundry area in the basement. There’s plenty of space to store dryer sheet boxes, laundry detergents, etc. You can use the top shelf for taller items. I sometimes use the bottom rail to hand towels, but I also use the hooks to store clean clothes.So, I initially had plans to install this in the kitchen in my “mini cafe” area. This floating shelf actually makes for the perfect corner where you can store all sorts of coffee or tea pods and hang your cups. You also have plenty of space for other things like sugar, hard candies, or spices for your laté… You can even store a medium-sized milk frother.Overall, I think this is a decent floating shelf. But keep in mind it’s a bit heavy. You definitely want to make sure the installation is taken care of correctly and securely. So you probably wanna use a stud finder and get this installed on your studs.

I’m quite pleased with these floating shelves. It is good quality and sturdy. It comes fully disassembled and each shelf is split in half with a strong 6 bolt bracket used to attach them. There are quite a few steps to assemble the entire unit, but the instruction manual is one of the easiest and clearest I have ever followed. I took my time assembling it and was done in less than an hour.I have yet to hang the shelves, as they are (in my opinion) too heavy to go into just drywall. I want to ensure I put them up well and they are secured into studs. I will likely swap out the screws provided for longer and thicker ones too, just to be safe. Once hung well, I have no doubts in the quality of the shelf and expect it to hold up well.The black shelves combined with the metal frame looks sharp. I am not a big fan esthetically of the brackets under the shelves and the connection point in the bar at the bottom, but I understand it allows for more compact shipping. It doesn’t detract much from the appearance of the shelf, so I’m not that concerned about it. I am also not a big fan of the stickers being hard to remove and leaving residue behind, but again, not a big deal.Overall, these are really nice shelves and if you have a strong outer or studded wall to hang them in, I would recommend them.
