Great price and reliable
I got my first switch and tested it in the kitchen for a month. Installed easily, and worked with Smart Things, Alexa, and IFTTT. Very reliable and super-fast response time. I was so happy I purchased 4 more to do my other high-traffic rooms. All are working as expected.

Just what I was looking for
I often use alexa voice control or the app to control lights, but sometimes it is nice to be able to hit the switch rather than dig out my phone and fire up the app. It paired easily with alexa as all of my other off-brand smart devices have, it uses the same Smart Life app that I am already familiar with. Please note that this is not a dimmer – I didn’t need that feature, but I wanted to clarify for those who are unsure. Also, it requires a neutral (typically white; hot is black and green is ground), so it is worth double checking that oyu have one hooked up to the switch you will be replacing.

Pretty cool
So far very nice – only complaint is that the devices WiFi signal drops off every once in a while and I have to go through the connection process via the app to connect the switch again. Not sure how often this will happen. Only a couple times in the last 3 weeks or so

Excellent product, Easy installation
Excellent product, easy installation with AlexiaHard to figure out at first, took about an hour to figure out the directions were wrong about setting up the App. Once that was figured out, set up the next 3 in about an hour, including switches and switch plates. Each switch was installed in a wall switch plate with 3 ‘standard’ switches.

They work but lose the network or lock up
I installed 3 of these about 5 days ago. Not a day has gone by that one or a couple of them loses the network or locks up. The farthest one is about 24 feet from my router but funny enough that is the one that gives me the least trouble. The other 2 are about 15 feet. Once you program them they seem to work fine and I like the option of on or off at or so long before/after sunset/sunrise so they adjust the time for the season.One day 2 were on after the turn off time. I checked and I could not even do it manually. Turning off the power to them and turning them back on fixed it but that happened to one other on before. So I regularly have to turn off the breaker.On another note. Anybody who has ever programmed electronics knows closed means on and open means off. Not on these. It is the opposite. The software is not my friend. It is not intuitive but it can be figured out fairly easily.
