It really does work with Home Assistant
I was skeptical of the other review saying that it works with Home Assistant as I had some trouble at first, but I ultimately did get it working.I couldn’t get it to work with the official Home Assistant Zigbee integration, but like the other reviewer I got it working with Zigbee2MQTT. Even with the add-on though I had to mess with it a bit and put it in pairing mode several times before it showed up, but it eventually did.Using it to control lights and fans around my 3D printer enclosure now

Home Assistant Compatible
Works with Home Assistant! After having problems connecting another brand WIFI to my Home Assistance, I thought I would go this route. In the ZigbeeMQTT integration I started pairing and on the power strip I pressed the power button for 10 seconds. Home Assistant recognized and added the device. Each of the outlets can be named and powered on/off. Unlike some WIFI units, I can’t see power usage (at least that I can find).

It’s okay, the USB hub isn’t though
Works ok. The USB hub is kind of weak,it won’t even power 3 LED grow lights. It does connect to my zigbee network (a home assistant set up) and allows me to schedule the mains lights i have to come one and off as scheduled.

I got these for my kids and it’s nice for them to have their own plug ins! Work great.

Think I got a lemon. Plus, slightly false advertising.
I just purchased the PA301 Smart Wifi White model. Off the bat I just want to mention that I think this particular model of Smart powers trip is a “generic” power strip that others rebrand with their own logos on it.- For about a year I was using 1 that I bought nearly identical to this newer one, but in black,(cat eventually dumped a glass of water into it while it was plugged in, but I digress) and had the older USB ports (no fast charging USB C); other than that, identical in every possible way. (see pic 2) only that one is branded as “loonfree” while this one is branded “xenon”, and purchased from 2 different sellers; I don’t know if that hints at a lack of quality; often times this can mean there’s some 3rd party manufacturer, say, in China, that just takes the order from the “company” you’re buying from online, slaps their .jpg logo onto it with a printer, and sends it to you from their plant in China, so all of these companies are sending the exact same, often low quality, product, but with different logos printed on them, and the “company” you’re buying from online is just arranging the shipment and gets a cut of the sale; but the info is now there for you to make up your own mind.- What’s the voodoo dance that I have to do to get this one to connect to Wifi? I’m expert level tech geek and this one simply won’t connect after many attempts. Hold don’t the power button until it’s red, keep trying to connect with the app; after a long delay, “failed to connect”.Another interesting point regarding the 2 different “brands”; the old one I had by ‘loonfree’ used an app named “Jinvoo” to do all it’s dealings, and I never had any issues connecting to wifi with it, and it worked great for the entire year I owned it; this one by “Xenon” uses an app named “Smart Life”, and won’t connect at all. (see pic 3)- Lastly, though not a super huge deal, but you’re not getting what is advertised in the pics. (see pic 1).The one in the pic clearly shows a standard “reset” button on the top; the one they send you does not have it. I like to get exactly what I’m looking at that helped me finally decide after pouring over many listings, to pull that trigger and click that Buy button.- Also, just to help anyone not clear about it, the ad doesn’t claim “Super Fast Charging”, so no problem there, but the USB C port here is “Fast Charging”, not “Super Fast Charging”. Kind of dumb/confusing naming scheme Samsung implemented there, but there IS a difference in charging speed.Using the “Fast Charging” from this power strip will add roughly another 5-8 minutes (on my S22 Ultra for example) than using the “Super Fast” charging block that comes with the phone. Bit of a bummer that the power strip doesn’t do Super Fast, but it is what it is.All in all, I rate this item 2/5 since I specifically purchased, and spent the extra money for the Smart Wifi abilities, and without them it’s kinda “just another power strip”.

Well Done
Got this as a Black Friday special. The 40 watt C slot charges my phone in about an hour & 15 minutes when the battery is at 15%. The A slots work well too. It’s light and the outlets work fine. Well worth thr money and fits my needs.

Don’t pay extra for the “upgraded” version, listing is inaccurate
Don’t bother paying extra for the “upgraded” version with 2 USB-C ports. As other reviews have noted, what you get will not match the pictures and description. There is only one USB-C port on the model. It otherwise works fine, so save yourself a few bucks and pick the cheapest model, since that is what you will receive anyway.
