Failed after 2 months
Worked great for two months in Matter-only installation. Now it cannot be used to turn on lights either remotely or via manual press of the buttons. Disconnecting power restores function for a few minutes, then it fails again. Very disappointing.

Working well as a Smart Switch with no Load
This product works well once it is set up. I am using it to control a bank of 10 motorized blinds. Top button for UP and bottom button for down. The buttons trigger automations in Home Assistant to get the job done. In my case there is no load attached to either switch. Basically using it as a simple smart switch. I like the aesthetic of the switch for this purpose.I did have some initial issues adopting this switch into Home assistant. My Unifi WiFi network for my home automation devices was set to “IOT Compatibility Mode”. This switch wouldn’t connect to a Matter controller (HA) until I turned that setting off. Once added it appears to work fine with the “IOT compatibility mode” on or off.The switch doesn’t seem to support a true “smart switch mode” such that the load relay would be disabled, so the relay does actuate when the buttons are pressed. The relay is not loud and actually provides a satisfying ‘haptic’ feedback.The one negative, is the lack of a restart function. If it gets disassociated from the WiFi, you have to completely restart it and set it up again.

Great switch!
Great switch! Set this up on Alexa using Matter, really awesome that you don’t have to install or rely on additional apps for smart home automation. I am using the 4-gang variant as a scene switch to control LIFX bulbs and scenes, works really well, and was easy to set up.

SmartThings Matter!!
So far so good. Connected to SmartThings in minutes. Had a neat little led that tells you which switch is on as wells. It’s also very fast switch.

Nice products, but have failed to last the test of time.
This is my 3rd Moes smart switch. The previous 2 let me down. The 1st was MoesGo WiFi Smart Wall Light Switch,Glass Panel, Multi-Control(3 Way): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08HYLFPC4?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_3&th=1 and I did like the way that it looked and felt but lasted a little under a year and the switches stopped responding and then I began experiencing problems pairing the 2 switches for multi-use mode.The 2nd switch that I bout was the same as this but was only the Wifi model and not the Matter-Wifi model. It also lasted roughly 1 year and the switches stopped responding when being pressed. Good thing they were linked to Google so we at least had voice control. I did love the functionality, the app and the ability to have it joined into my Google Home for automations. However, the current Matter-Wifi model is almost the exact same with one HUGE difference! I cannot add EACH individual switch separately into Google Home. It will only add the entire switch which takes away the independent controls with the automation such as using the day/time to turn off the “Ceiling” lights and the “Sink” or “Back Porch” lights separately. And since Google Home did not import the 4-gang switches individually, I can no longer tell Google to turn on the “Ceiling” lights, only the entire switch which will turn on 4 separate lights. What sense does that make and why are things moving backwards? And will this product hole up longer than 1 year??
