Such a great buy!!!!!
I’m really glad that I purchased this! It’s so easy to use. It’s really neat how you can also download the app and unlock your door straight from your app! The best part is that it’s really affordable and it looks so fancy! The only thing that I don’t know how to do is lock the door from my phone, but other than that, it’s really nice and it comes two key fobs! It took my husband 30 minutes to install it. It was so fast! I highly recommend it.

Nice doorknob
Overall nice doorknob. I love the key fob portion of it. We haven’t used the fingerprint part of it- we just used the keyfob and the pass code mostly. We have had it set up for about 3 months and haven’t had any issues.I also like that you can set a temporary pass code. We went out of town for the weekend and we were able to set up a pass code that worked only for that weekend to give the dog sitter.We haven’t had to change the batteries yet and haven’t had connection issues. It was easy to setup and easy to use.Overall, happy with the purchase.

Update- I was able to come in contact with Aaron who fixed my issue, works perfectly. I had something backwards it turns out!*************I have to use the hard key to lock it and then it unlocks itself so I have to double back to make sure. That’s not safe at all. I worry that it will unlock itself any time. The app is kind of useless because the phone has to be right in front of the keypad to do anything. Might as well use the keypad.

Stylish lock with lots of nice features
It’s nicely designed and works well. Having the key fob option is very convenient. Lots of useful features such as auto lock and temporary pass codes. My only complaint is needing to buy a wireless gateway ($35) if you want to use it with wifi, which I didn’t know when I made the purchase as its adversities as a “smart” lock, otherwise I’d give 5 stars
