Perfectly sized, work-horse of a dehumidifer.
I’ve had the product for several months and it is a little work-horse; keeping rooms that are usually damp pefectly dry. I found it to be the perfedct size: light enough to move from room to room, but also big enough to do serious work. The controls were intuitive, and the digital humidity display makes it easy to keep track of how well its performing. The noise level is resonable and the drain plug on the back is very convienent for continual use. I am very happy with my purchase.

Works great! I like the feature of it draining with a hose or not. It shuts off automatically when it’s full and it runs quietly. It pulls a lot of humidity out of the air and is well made!

Multiple settings for “always on,” or set the desired humidity – good. Timer for turning on or off – good. Child lock – good. Small – good. Relatively quiet – good. The only questionable aspect is whether it would cover 2500 sq ft. Im skeptical. But its positives make it a good choice for the price.

Works and design is nice
Seems to work, and I like the compact size. I’m not using it for a 2500 square foot place though. I have it placed in front of the restroom since there’s no windows near by, and run a fan next to it. It’s pulled water out and has a timer, a live humidity reading, and you can adjust the humidity setting. This one fit my needs because the intake is in the front, which works for my use. It looks nice and aesthetic.

Dehumidifier that has it all!!
This basement humidifier checked all of the boxes!! It has all functions you could need. It’s really quiet. Sometimes I need to go check it to make sure it’s still running it’s so quiet . It comes with a hose but I wanted to kee track of the water it collects. It stops when the water bin is full. The water pan is easy to remove and has a handle .Not heavy to empty. So far it has done what it’s suppose . I empty it in the evening and in the morning. Musty dampness is gone!! I love it so far! I think AI recommended it as highly reliable. You won’t be sorry . I researched for weeks!

Works Like a Charm!
We purchased it for our 800 sq ft cottage to help control the moisture levels. Had zero issues with leakage. Effective for our home. Easy to use and we love that it turns itself off when full. Never have to worry about emptying it when we aren’t home. Perfect size for our space.

Good product, and even better customer service. I bought this dehumidifier a few months ago and it’s solid. It works well and does a good job bringing the humidity down. I did end up having an issue with the humidity sensor on mine, and the company sent me a full refund making it right. Excellent customer service!!! I definitely recommend this company!-Ben

Firstly, the delivery was promised to arrive on 25 April before I shifted out of the rental property on 30 Apr. It was delayed beyond 25 April. I contacted the seller and was told it will arrive by 29 April. By the night of 29 April still no delivery so I contacted the seller to change the delivery to the new address that I will be shifting to. The seller said he will inform the delivery company. However, the delivery company still deliver the item to the old address on 2 May. I have to rush to the old address and retrieve the item from the landlord. After brining the item back, I started using it according to the instruction manual. The dehumidifier is supposed to accumulate water into the water tank after certain hours of usage. However, after using two days, not a single drop of water was found in the water tank. So, I fear this equipment is not operating correctly.
